The single handle is not much use on a bag this size and distorts the top ifnthe bag. A longer handle on each size with 2 attachment points on each side would distribute the load more evenly.

Happy to receive 'The Wilson Crossbody' bag today. It doesn't look exactly the same as in the picture, and I'm a bit bummed that it arrived with a scratch. However, it makes sense since the scratch is located right above the magnet part.

Overall, Absolutely amazing…the bag and the service! I had mine monogrammed which took a little longer, as expected..…. Once received within 4 weeks, I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship, the inside is lined with a green canvas material which makes it super sturdy and rugged… A True American made product, which was my selling point…. I couldn’t be more pleased with the bag and with the price… I ordered the 24” and I use my luggage bag for short travel and it’s perfect for carry-on luggage. Couldn’t be more pleased with a product! This is a quality item. I doubt I’ll ever replace it or need to. The leather is first class and the bag is hefty! If it does have a fault is that it is on the heavy side but I guess that’s the amount of leather in the thing. Anyway this bag seems to have been built to last so probably a bargain at the price. The laptop bag is dry and not oiled. I expected a bag ready to go like my weekender. Not a project that I have to locate my own oil and oil the bag myself. Very disappointed in this second bag. It will be my last purchase from you. The bag should be oiled and ready or say it needs to be oiled with oil sent.

This wasn’t the quality and size of bag I thought it would be. There was an ease in ordering but the delivery took over twice the promised shipping. Once I received it I didn’t like the bag. I have been going back and forth with customer service for over two weeks now to do the return. They have the audacity to ask me why I wanted to return and to send them pictures. The next issue they wanted to give me a 10% refund to keep the bag. I informed them I wanted to return it for a full refund. She wanted to change my mind by telling me return shipping was at my expense. I have requested where to send it 3 times and still no response. I went through the proper channels to get this done. My bank had advise me to report it as fraud and they would refund me. I didn’t want to do that. This has been the WORST customer service service experience I have ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this coming to anyone. In fact I’m going to do a report to the better business bureau about them.
