I ordered 1 bag with shaving kit bag. I received 2 bags with 2 shaving kit bags.It had 1 with a discounted price and the other had a full price. 😳 I feel like I was taking advantage of and also had to wait a month and a half, when you stated 7 - 9 business days. The first order I put in was declined for wrong info and the second went through. What you did was send me two orders.

I realized after the submission of my order that I mistakenly clicked on 20 inch instead of 24 inch bag and I immediately went to the company`s chart room to have this corrected. Yesterday Wednesday, I received a knock from my neighbor wondering if I ordered some stuff with FedEx as they had delivered her a wrong parcel. When I reached at the neighbors' door, I realized it was my parcel and thank her for letting me know. As I opened the parcel, I realized that the bag that was shipped to me was a small one (20 inch) which was not going to help much for the purpose for which I ordered the bag in first place. I said oh God, this is not good at all. What a disappointment! Both bags are still on my office desk and have got no intention to use them and wish could return them and get a refund to purchase a right size with another company that listens carefully to the needs of its customers.
