United States Shipping Update (No De Minimis)
Due to regulatory changes, the U.S. de minimis exemption is no longer applicable for shipments originating from India.
- Orders shipped from India to the United States will attract import duties and taxes
- Orders shipped from within the United States will not incur import duties
- All applicable duties are payable by the customer at delivery
Important:
- Duties are not included at checkout
- We do not estimate or collect these charges
- Customs clearance may cause delays
Shipping Updates 01 Dec 2025: Christmas Delivery
To ensure timely delivery of your orders before Christmas, please note the following shipping guidelines:
Our products made and ship from India.
Orders Placed Before 15th December:
- We guarantee delivery of orders placed before 15th December, provided that all items are in stock and there are no unforeseen shipping delays.
- Our team will work diligently to ensure that your orders are processed and dispatched promptly to meet the Christmas delivery deadline.
Orders Placed After 15th December:
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery of orders placed after 15th December before Christmas.
- While we will make every effort to process and dispatch these orders as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary, and delivery before Christmas cannot be assured.

- Our Christmas shipping guarantee is subject to our standard terms and conditions.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

You can expect to receive your order within 4-9 business days + 1-2 working days for order processing from the ordering date.
- US & Canadian customers should expect to receive their ordered bags within 4-7 business days.
- Australian customers should expect to receive the ordered bags within 4-7 business days.Β
- For remote areas in Australia, there will be extraΒ delivery charges applicable which will be informed to you by email after placing the order. We will be shipping the order by FedEx or DHL Express after confirmation and collection of remote area charges.Β
- The Australia remote area orders can also be shipped by Indian Post. The extra remote area charges will not be applicable in this case but the shipment will reach within 9-13 business days.Β
- The UK and European customers should expect to receive their ordered handmade leather bagsΒ within 5 business days. Customers in this region may beΒ charged a VAT/duties and taxes while importing goods to your county and it will be around 10-15% of the value of your goods.Β Β
- Classy Leather Bags ships globally and even remote parts of the world are reachable within 10-12 business days.
- The U.S. has suspended the $800 de minimis duty exemption. As a result, imported goods of any value may now be subject to duties, taxes, and full customs procedures.
- For Australian customers, goods under AUD1,000 are exempt from duties, taxes, and charges.
- For Non-EU customers, shipments may be subjected to import fees and taxes due on arrival. This can vary from country to country so please contact your local tax authorities for more information.Β
- For EU customers,Β Please be aware bulk orders may incur additional import tax, so please contact your local customs office.Β
- We do not accept/offer returns and refund requests due to these fees and buyers are only responsible for these.
- We don't how much charges will be while importing goods to UK, Germany, Canada, and that the reason we do not show the estimated amount or percentage at checkout and we do not notify the buyerΒ and buyers are only responsible for these.
