Very impressive with my purchase, everyone loves it. I will definitely be getting the hand luggage
Its a great bag, however, I ordered the largest size and it is big. Too large to take on a plane as hand luggage and even as a big guy, I don't think I need it this big. In hindsight I would have returned it for a smaller size. Good quality bag though!

And upon contacting customer service was given a bunch of excuses and reasons why instead of just making it right.
