My experience with the shipping was dreadful. The bag was supposed to be delivered in 7 days and it took almost a month to arrive. I was in constant contact with customer support which did not provide any additional information on the delay in shipping. As for the bag the quality is mediocre - the leather is very shiny which makes me doubt the quality. Hopefully it will be durable.
